We offer our customers quality products, seeking partnerships with the best suppliers in the various categories we sell. To ensure satisfaction and maintain transparency and respect for our customers, we created our exchange and return policy based on the Consumer Protection Code. The exchange or return policy is the same as that of our physical store.

PRODUCTS ON SALE

Products purchased on sale will not generate a reverse logistics code.  If you wish to exchange the size or model, the customer must bear the shipping costs (shipping the item to be exchanged and sending the new product to the recipient).

Products sent for exchange must be sealed and in perfect condition, in addition to being in their original packaging.

The customer must contact us via email at sac@alambiqueguarani.com.br to request the exchange.

MERCHANDISE RECEIVED IN DISAGREEMENT WITH THE ORDER

The products are sent to the customer after quality inspection. Refuse to receive the merchandise if any of the following situations occur:

  • Damaged or tampered packaging

  • Visibly damaged product.

If you still accept the product, please contact our Customer Service Center within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise and request your intention to return the product, so that it can be analyzed by our team.


​​PRODUCT RETURNED OUTSIDE THE LEGAL PERIOD OR WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE

Products returned without prior authorization or outside the legally admissible period will be immediately returned to the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded and the cost of reshipping will be the customer's responsibility.

 

EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF PRODUCTS (REGRET, PURCHASE BY MISTAKE AND WITHDRAWAL)

To return a product due to regret, please observe the following conditions: The period to cancel the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the product.

Contact us by registering by email or WhatsApp your intention to exchange or return, informing the following:

A)     Order number, name and CPF of the buyer

B)       The product code as stated on the invoice

C)       The reason for the return or exchange.

 

The return or exchange will only be made with prior authorization from Alambique Guarani.

After authorization, the customer must post the merchandise at one of the Post Office branches using the Reverse Postage Authorization code, in the original packaging, with no signs of use, without tampering with the original packaging, accompanied by the Electronic Invoice (Danfe).

 

Any other form of shipping or disagreement with the conditions described in the previous item is not authorized and will not be reimbursed.

Alambique Guarani has up to 10 business days, counting from the date of receipt of your product return, to analyze and resolve the requested request. After analyzing the product's conditions, if the returned item is not in accordance with its normal characteristics (outside the original packaging, with signs of use, unaccompanied by the Electronic Invoice), Alambique Guarani will refuse the return and all expenses related to resending the merchandise will be the customer's responsibility.      

 

Alambique Guarani is not responsible for the shipping costs for the return or exchange of products that are incompatible with use (purchased by mistake). Our team is available to clarify any questions the customer may have in advance. Under these conditions, the cost of returning the product and the cost of resending the correct merchandise will be the customer's responsibility.

 

When the analysis of the returned product is positive and within all the standards mentioned above, we will generate a DISCOUNT COUPON that can be used in a new purchase on the website within a period of 90 (ninety) days.
