Terms of Use of the Alambique Guarani portal
1. LEGAL NOTICE AND ITS ACCEPTANCE
Notice regulating the use of the Internet portal service www.alambiqueguarani.com.br, which Alambique Costa Rica de Guarani Ltda- Me (hereinafter Alambique Guarani), a legal entity headquartered in the city of Guarani, State of Minas Gerais, CNPJ 14.818.857/0001-28, offers to Internet users. Use of the portal is expressly prohibited for minors under 18 years of age and implies express, full and unreserved acceptance of all items of this notice.
2. PURPOSE

5. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
5.1 Alambique Costa Rica de Guarani Ltda- Me is not responsible for: (i) the unavailability of the portal due to technical and/or operational issues; (ii) the confidentiality, storage or security of information provided by the user for the use of the portal and the services found therein; (iii) the possible emergence of viruses and/or other harmful elements that may cause changes to the computer system (software and hardware), electronic documents and files stored in the computer system of the portal users; (iv) nor for the legality, reliability and usefulness of the content published on the portal by users and/or third parties, which are the sole and exclusive responsibility of those who publish them.
6. PROCEDURE IN CASE OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
In the event that any user or third party considers that there are facts or circumstances that constitute illicit, immoral or contrary to good customs activity in the use of content on the web pages included or accessible through the portal and, in particular, that represent a violation of intellectual property rights or other rights, they must send a communication to Alambique Guarani, informing:

All notifications and communications sent by the user to Alambique Guarani must be sent to the following email address: sac@alambiqueguarani.com.br, and those sent by Alambique Guarani to the portal user may be sent and will be considered effective, for all purposes, when sent by means of:
(a) sending a letter to the user's home address, when the user has provided a valid address to Alambique Guarani; (b) sending an email message to any of the addresses provided by the User; (c) calling the number provided by the user; (d) messages resulting from the services provided by Alambique Guarani.
8. WITHDRAWAL AND SUSPENSION OF SERVICES
Alambique Guarani reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to the portal and/or services, at any time and without prior notice, on its own initiative or at the request of a third party, to those users who violate any provision of this legal notice.
9. DURATION AND TERMINATION
The provision of the service of this portal and other services has an indefinite duration.
